Kyrsten Sinema (left) is narrowly leading her Republican opponent in Arizona’s 9th District and will likely become the first out bisexual person elected to the US Congress.
Kate Brown (right) has retained her seat as Oregon’s Secretary of State, the first out bisexual person to have been elected to that position back in 2008.
With all the news about Tammy Baldwin and the marriage initiatives being passed around, it’s a shame that these victories are being overlooked.
